Super Quick and Nourishing Energy Bites
Ingredients
Makes about 16 energy bites. One serving is 2 energy bites.
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup almond flour (also called almond meal; check your natural foods section of your grocery store)
1/3 cup dried tart cherries (or dried unsweetened cranberries)
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
1 tbsp good quality cocoa powder
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until blended. Scoop into 1” balls and refrigerate until ready to eat!
